Stories won't download or play.
Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Email us.

Can my child use it offline?
Yes. Tap the download button on a story while online; downloaded stories play without internet.

Why does it ask a maths question?
That's the grown-ups check. It keeps purchases and settings away from little fingers.

Is Chivchiv on iPhone?
Not yet. Email us and we'll let you know when it is ready.

Can I suggest a story?
Yes! In the app, scroll to the bottom of a category or a search with no results and tap "Request a story", or email us.

My child's streak and history disappeared.
Progress is stored on the phone, so reinstalling the app or changing phone resets it.
